So, no matter how long you're clean, you have a tendency to want a fix every now and then.  With me, it's mostly when I wake up, or when I'm trying to go to bed.  I've found that some herbal sleep remedies help greatly, as well as diphenhydramine, or DXM in small doses.  Long after the physical withdrawals end, you have to deal with "wanting to be high"...and I'm starting to think that's something that will never end.   I use xanax still sometimes if I need put a stop to any cravings and pass the hell out.  I've also order poppy pods from suppliers online and made pod tea...not too good in the long run, I'm sure...
